Great-West Lifeco is seeking a Compensation Consultant to support governance and analysis of compensation programs across our organization. You will develop data-driven insights, maintain frameworks, and contribute to the annual compensation cycle.
You will administer executive and broad-based plans, conduct market benchmarking, partner with HR, and leverage automation and AI tools to drive accurate, timely insights and improve processes.

As a Compensation Consultant, you will support the analysis, administration, and governance of compensation programs across Great-West Lifeco. You will develop data-driven insights to support compensation decisions, maintain compensation frameworks and processes, and contribute to the annual compensation cycle.
The base salary for this position is between $62,700 - $112,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
