We connect as a team at our Team Week experiences four times a year and at our recently established Hub locations - SF Bay Area and San Diego, CA; NYC Metro Area, NY; Denver, CO; Austin, TX; Calgary, AB; and Toronto, ON.
We are currently seeking candidates located within 60 miles of any of the listed hubs to foster more in-person connections while maintaining our flexible remote culture.
About This Position
We are looking to add a Compensation and Equity expert to support and enhance our total rewards function. This role will have a specialized focus on equity planning management and core compensation modeling and administration. While day-to-day equity administration is managed by an external vendor, this role will serve as the internal lead—managing the vendor, ensuring compliance with plan rules, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to support our executive and investor-aligned programs.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the intersection of compensation, equity, and compliance in HR Operations.
