Halifax Water is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to manage various HR functions crucial for employee satisfaction and compliance. This full-time role involves overseeing compensation structures, benefits administration, and ensuring data integrity in systems. Ideal candidates possess a relevant degree and experience in a similar environment, with a strong proficiency in Excel.
Halifax Water is Atlantic Canadas largest water utility providing integrated water wastewater and stormwater utility for more than 106000 customers daily. For more than 70 years we have been proud stewards of the water cycle providing clean water to customers and safely conveying it back to the source. Through our One Team - One Water approach our more than 550 dedicated employees provide essential water services to an estimated 383000 people in HALIFAX.
