What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct job evaluations and comparative analysis of new jobs against existing roles to assess relative job value and responsibilities
- Create standardized job descriptions for use across all business lines within the organization
- Administer the survey submission process and assist in the annual compensation cycle
- Perform audits on incentive data files to ensure accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- Conduct research to gather compensation market data and prepare reports on changes to legislation affecting compensation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree in HR, Business, Finance, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education
- Three to five years of human resources experience with a focus on compensation and/or benefits
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional accreditation in HR or compensation
- Familiarity with survey methodology and point-factor job evaluation systems
- Previous experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues
