Contract Compensation Analyst
Miles HR has a contract position for a Compensation Analyst to support our growing Tech client. This is a 1-2 month contract position (with potential for extension) perfect for someone who is passionate about fair and effective compensation strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience with compensation for both sales and technology talent.

You'll be a key player in ensuring compensation practices are competitive and equitable. You'll work closely with the leadership team to analyze and develop pay structures for both technical and sales roles.

What You'll Do:
  • Analyze and Optimize Compensation: Evaluate existing compensation plans, including hourly and salary structures, to ensure they are market-competitive and align with company goals.
  • Develop Bonus Plans: Help design and implement effective bonus and retention bonus programs to motivate and reward employees.
  • Conduct Market Research: Research industry compensation trends and benchmark pay against competitors to attract and retain top talent.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and present detailed compensation analysis and reports to senior management.
  • Support HR and Leadership: Provide recommendations and insights to support compensation-related decisions and help build a strong, data-driven compensation philosophy.
