As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for providing support, expertise, and building foundational tools for compensation needs at both local and global levels. Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, you will lead certain compensation processes and projects, support Leaders and HR on day-to-day and operational compensation needs, and participate in delivering training when needed.
