Our People team is looking for a Compensation Analyst to be part of the Global Compensation Operations org within the Total Reward team. This is an individual contributor role based in North America, preferably in the East Coast time zone, providing an excellent opportunity to learn global practices and collaborate with international team members and stakeholders.
The Compensation Operations org oversees the Compensation philosophy, programs, technology, and process infrastructure, including compensation cycles, technology transformation, data audits, job structure maintenance, budgeting, survey submissions and analysis, and total compensation analysis.
Reporting Line
This role reports to the Sr Manager, Comp Operations, and will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of the compensation cycle, including design, partnership with technical teams, communication, budgeting, and cycle delivery.
