Job summary

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join Aspira Kensington Place in North York, Ontario. This casual, permanent role offers compassionate nursing care, focusing on resident well‑being and comfort within a supportive team.

You will administer medications, monitor health, and collaborate with the care team to maintain safety and dignity for residents living in a home-like environment.

Qualifications

Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate.
Current Medication Administration Certificate.
Minimum of one year experience in geriatric nursing, healthcare and/or rehabilitation as an RPN.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents, supporting health, safety and well-being.
Contribute to the home’s culture by fostering resident-focused, holistic care.
Accurately document assessments, care plans, and changes in condition.
Support unregulated care workers with guidance, training and education.
