Job summary

Qualifications

• Current College of Nurses certificate of competence is required.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications are required; IV therapy skills are essential.
• Defibrillation and cardiac pacing certifications are required.
• Coronary Care Course or equivalent is preferred.
• Recent experience in medical nursing including palliative care is expected.
• Strong assessment, communication and organizational abilities are needed.
• Must be able to commit to completing certifications within an agreed timeframe.
