Job summary

Rockcliffe Care Community, part of Sienna Senior Living, is seeking a Personal Support Worker to join our Long Term Care team. You will form meaningful relationships with residents and support daily living activities with compassion and respect.

Rate of Pay is $27.59 per hour, in line with the collective bargaining agreement; candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and pass a Vulnerable Sector Check. Health and benefits are offered as part of our inclusive program.

Qualifications

• Completed a Personal Support Worker program from an approved college or private institution.
• Internationally Educated Nurse with Nursing degree also qualifies.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (eating, dressing, hygiene, grooming) according to care plans.
• Provide resident care and services, including communication support and assistance with mobility devices.
• Support resident comfort and well-being, engaging in cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual activities.
• Build relationships with residents and families to enrich daily living and resident experience.
