Bradley Complex Care in Grimsby is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join a multidisciplinary team delivering compassionate care to adults with complex mental health and learning disabilities needs. You’ll be supported with training and development in a friendly environment focused on kindness and teamwork.
The role requires a positive attitude, resilience and 6 months UK experience in Mental Health settings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months UK experience in Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to people with Mental Health conditions and support daily living needs.
- Conduct ward rounds and assess behaviours to adapt care with the team.
- Update patient records accurately and maintain documentation.
- Assist with personal hygiene and overall patient comfort.
