Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Canada is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to contribute to resident care across our communities. The LPN will provide nursing care per policy, manage medications, and support a safe, dignified environment, with collaboration across care teams.

You will participate in in-service programs, document care plans, and liaise with RN and the medical team. Applicants must have LPN diploma and BC license, RAI MDS certification, CPR, and background checks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Practical Nursing and active LPN registration in BC.
• RAI MDS certification per AIS requirements.
• Current First Aid with CPR and ability to pass background checks.
• Vulnerable Sector and Criminal Records checks completed as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care per policy and resident plan of care.
• Manage drugs and narcotics with safety protocols.
• Create a comfortable, dignified environment respecting resident autonomy.
• Collaborate with the interprofessional team and supervise PSWs/Unregulated staff.
• Document care plans, assess resident status, and report changes timely.
