Job summary

CBI Home Health in Peterborough, Ontario is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our community care teams.

You will provide in-home nursing services, including wound care, IV therapy, palliative and pediatric care, administer medications, and educate families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, independent living for clients.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse/ Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Ability to travel throughout Peterborough County with reliable vehicle and driver's license.
• Clear criminal record check and TB test within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based nursing care including wound care, IV therapy, palliative and pediatric care.
• Administer medications and provide health teaching to patients and families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support safe, independent living.
• Navigate community resources and support care plans for clients.
