Brighter Staffing Agency in Sudbury, ON is seeking a dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will provide in-home personal care, support clients to maintain independence, and enhance quality of life through compassionate assistance.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living tasks, monitoring health status, providing companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and documenting care delivered, all while adhering to safety and infection

Qualifications

• Certification as a Personal Support Worker from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
• Monitor and record clients' vital signs, medications, and health changes.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
