Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, meal prep, and light housekeeping, plus documentation and communication with healthcare teams. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living or home care preferred.
• Knowledge of senior care and working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
• Fluent in Tagalog preferred.
• Ability to handle medication administration accurately.
• Capable of meal preparation tailored to dietary restrictions.
• Basic cleaning skills to maintain hygiene standards.
• Prior caregiving experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Provide patient care including medication administration and health monitoring.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Support clients with mobility and transfer activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being.
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
• Follow all safety protocols and care plans for each individual.
• Willingness to transport clients (appointments, errands, groceries).
