About the team

The Product Insight team is the intersection of product design and supply chain technology for our top retail client. This group has a strong focus on data and analytics with a goal to improve product sustainability and customer experience. This group provides leadership insights to create innovative products and experiences for customers worldwide.

Day in the Life

1. Supports end-to-end strategy and delivery for lululemon's Product Voice of Guest program, focusing on guest fit and sizing feedback across all channels, and creating insights to inform business decisions.
2. Produces executive-level reports, gleaning insights and telling compelling post-launch product stories through data.
3. Conducts research and analyses to drive data-driven insights for Fit Excellence.
4. Implements analytics and BI best practices for reporting and data infrastructure for Global Quality.
5. Provides input to Fit and Sizing stakeholders during process improvement sessions, analyzing guest insights through various methods, and defining tools or engineering solutions to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience telling compelling stories with insights based on large quantities of qualitative and quantitative data.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics, modeling, and reporting, preferably in retail or supply chain environments.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, database management, data modeling, and structures; experience with Smartsheet and SSRS / PBI Report Builder.
• Excellent communication skills, with strong attention to detail in both written and verbal communication, across all stakeholder levels.
