A leading educational institution is seeking a Communications Designer to support their communications department. The role involves creating content for family engagement and community outreach, implementing communication strategies, and providing graphic design support. Ideal candidates will have a degree in communications or a related field and experience in corporate communications. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills are essential.

Position Summary :
Reporting to the Communications Officer, the Communications Designer will provide support to the Communications Department and District School Board Ontario North East (DSB1) schools.
The Communications Designer will :
All communications will be aligned with the vision, mission, and priorities of DSB1 in keeping with the visual identity standards of the Board, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MFIPPA).
