Qualifications

• 1-2 years of competitive coaching experience preferred but not required.

List of Requirements

• Comp 1 Certified
• First Aid Certified or willing to obtain
• Criminal Record Check for 19+
• 1-2 years competitive coaching experience preferred but not required
• Positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Uphold safety protocols and report any incidents or concerns
• Attend competitions, workshops, and continuing education courses as required
• Support the growth and development of the gymnastics program

List of Duties

• Coach athletes of varying levels in accordance with GymBC standards
• Develop and implement training plans that align with athletes’ age, ability, and goals
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and other staff
