Strive Living Society is looking for a Community Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to an adult in our Hybrid Supported Home Share Program.
The successful candidate will provide individualized support focused on maintaining a safe and meaningful daily routine, promoting community inclusion, and supporting the individual’s quality of life and personal goals.
This position involves supporting an individual with high support needs, including significant self-injurious behaviours. We are looking for someone who is calm, confident, consistent, and comfortable following established behavioural support and safety protocols.
Weekend shifts are 8 hours per day on Saturdays and Sundays, with some flexibility around the specific start and end times.

Pay rate: $27.53/hour *plus benefits upon meeting eligibility requirements.
*Some benefits have eligibility requirements of surpassing three (3) months and securing a regular position of 20 hours/week or more. The benefits and criteria may change from time to time at the discretion of Strive.
