Job description

Job Description

Salary : $25.95 - $29.76 / hour

Kinsight has been supporting people with developmental disabilities for over sixty years! That's a long time. We've learned a lot over those years, and that learning has shaped the way our services have transformed to meet people's needs and life aspirations. While we have always challenged ourselves to be better and do better for those we serve, our experience over the last few years required a full-scale rejection of the status quo in our Community Inclusion Day Services and has resulted in the design and delivery of a brand-new Community Inclusion Service.

Our staff team has done a stellar job in preparing for and transitioning to the new approach to service and now we're looking to fortify our team with enthusiastic people who are keen to support participants to engage with a wide array of service experiences both within our centres and the surrounding communities. If you are someone who knows a lot about community living and Community Inclusion day services, that's good. If you are someone who knows a lot about these things but is eager to embrace a chance to push the boundaries of best practice to next practice, that's even better. And, if you are a fresh face to the field of Community Living, there is no better place to begin your career than here at Kinsight!
