A community support organization is seeking a Community Support & Justice Services Facilitator in Kelowna to provide one-on-one support and advocacy for individuals affected by brain injury involved with the justice system. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant field and have experience in community support and advocacy. This is a full-time role offering competitive pay and excellent benefits in a supportive team environment.
Full-Time | 37.5 hours/week | $25–$30/hour | Central and North Okanagan

About the RoleWe’re hiring a Community Support & Justice Services Facilitator, a full-time position that combines one-on-one community support with advocacy and systems navigation for clients involved in the justice system. You’ll work with individuals affected by brain injury across the Central and North Okanagan [from Enderby to Peachland], helping them build life skills, access services, and move forward in their recovery journey.
This role includes a mix of direct client work, court and system navigation, outreach, and community education. It’s well-suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to equity, justice, and inclusion.
