Job summary

LLGAMH is seeking a Rehabilitation Worker I for the HART Hub in Brockville on a permanent part-time basis. The role requires a health-related diploma and current CPR/First Aid certification.

Applicants should have a valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle, plus liability insurance of $2,000,000. Two years in a health-related field is preferred, with strong crisis intervention skills expected.

Qualifications & Requirements

Qualifications:

Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with a diploma in a health-related field such as Social Service Worker, Mental Health and Addiction Worker, Community and Justice Services

Two years’ experience working in a health-related field is preferred.

Current CPR and First Aid is required.

Valid Ontario Driver’s license and access to a vehicle required.

Valid vehicle insurance with liability of $2,000,000 minimum.

Demonstrated crisis intervention skills/experience.

Ability to work within the Mental Health Act, Occupational Health & Safety Act, Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care guidelines, Psychosocial Rehabilitation Practitioner’s Code of Ethics, Best Practices, and LLGAMH program standards
