Job summary

Integracare is looking for caring Personal Support Workers in Toronto to provide exceptional at-home senior care. This role involves monitoring clients' conditions, administering medication, and creating enjoyable experiences. Applicants should be licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario, with community home care experience preferred.

We offer paid online training, a mentorship program, and 24/7 employee support. Competitive part-time and casual positions available, with a starting salary of $30.00 per hour.

What are we looking for?

Certified PSWs who demonstrate compassion, critical thinking and a desire to provide our clients with the highest quality care possible, as well as but not limited to:

• Provide meaningful companionship and stimulation to clients with various conditions
• Advocate for clients’ needs
• Monitor and report any changes to the client’s conditionli>Ensure the privacy and dignity of clients while providing care
• Administer medication, wound care, vital assessment, liaising with physicians
• Deliver thorough nursing care in adherence to the care plan, nursing assessments and client needs
• Create moments of joy for clients during your care

Required Qualifications:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
• Community home care experience is preferred
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills are required
• RPNs with Dementia Care Education and Experience are preferred
