We are looking for one (1) full-time Family Support Counsellor to join our Community Psychiatric Unit Team!
Role Summary
Reporting to the Program Manager, the Family Support Counsellor I is responsible for the delivery of family support services to the children and families in the care of Wood’s Homes.Family support services include in home support as well as school liaison and community co-ordination as needed. Family Support Workers can be attached to educational, residential or community-based services and this determination is governed by the needs and procedures of those programs. The Family Support Counsellor will demonstrate due diligence in being exceptional in the delivery of high-quality services and in meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety Management System at Wood’s Homes.
