Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and motivate staff; drive results.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide staff; hire and manage performance.
• Accountable for financial and operational success of the department.
• Prepare, dispense and control medications accurately and timely.
• Maintain adequate medication inventory and counsel patients.
• Provide proactive customer service and education on medications.
