Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect prescription information per standards.
• Refer clinical inquiries to the pharmacist.
• Assist in prescription preparation and workflow per standards.
• Handle cash register and manage transactions.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality per Pharmacy Standards of Practice.
• Assist with third-party billing and order processing.
• Support pharmacist with calls back and documentation filing.
