McGrath Pharmacies Inc. is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to join our community team in Hartland/Florenceville-Bristol, NB.

This role offers full-scope practice within a progressive environment that supports immunizations, minor ailments, medication management, and collaborative care with other health professionals. The successful candidate will provide pharmacy services at community and long-term care facilities, verify prescriptions, counsel patients, and lead workflow while mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist with active license in NB
• Authorized to administer injections and expanded scope services
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient counselling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Commitment to professionalism and lifelong learning
• Experience with PropelRx software is an asset

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope pharmacy services including immunizations and injections
• Minor ailment assessment and prescribing
• Medication reviews and patient counselling
• OTC recommendations and chronic disease support
• Provide pharmacy services for long-term care facilities
• Verify prescriptions and ensure therapeutic appropriateness
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals
• Lead dispensary workflow and daily operations
• Mentor pharmacy staff and manage inventory efficiently
• Build relationships with patients through compassionate care
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
