Qualifications

• Pharmacist with ability to provide counselling and consult with customers.
• Ability to operate within privacy and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in coordinating pharmacy operations and staff coaching.

Responsibilities

• Manage Pharmacy operations on duty and provide consultations to customers and health care providers.
• Dispense medication and ensure accuracy of prescriptions.
• Provide counselling on prescriptions and OTC/behind the counter products.
• Maintain privacy, records and compliance with health regulations.
• Oversee workflow queues, inventory and stock levels.
• Communicate with other health care professionals to coordinate care.
• Ensure safety and proper documentation of controlled substances where applicable.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and uphold professional standards.
