Hours of Work: 22.5 Hours/week
Contract Start Date: September 1, 2025
Contract End Date: March 1, 2027

Schedule: Mon-Wed 9-4:30pm and occasional evening or Saturday
Wage: $26.26
This employee will provide supports to adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities, dual diagnosis and
may display challenging behaviours. This employee will provide delivery of direct and indirect support services
with a focus on therapeutic recreation, inclusion and community integration as assigned by the Program
Supervisor – Community Supports or designate. This employee will ensure the physical and emotional wellbeing of clients, and will conduct their practice encompassing YWCA Hamilton’s Mission, Vision and Values.

Welcomes constructive feedback, practices self-reflection, and strives to produce quality supports to clients. Desires progression and continual improvement / achievement in own work performance.
