Position Location : Peterborough, Ontario Position Group : Unionized, CUPE 1306 Competition # : 1306-25-09 What you'll do : As part of Peterborough County-City Paramedic's Community Paramedic team, the Community Paramedic Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating and improving the Community Paramedicine Program and related initiatives within the PCCP division.

Using and interpreting healthcare data for decision making, quality improvement and reporting, this position assists in strategic planning, operational logistics and partnership building.

The role requires clinical awareness, ethical judgement and a focus on patient-centered care, while ensuring alignment with health priorities and organizational values. Insight-Driven Impact : Proficiency in navigating and using healthcare datasets and analysis of KPI's to produce evidence-based reporting.

Informed Action : Make decisions impacting patient health & safety, balancing immediate care needs with long-term goals, and ensuring ethical and regulatory compliance.

Health Data Governance : Maintains data and compiles reports required by the Ministry of Health and other agencies.

Ensuring client records and data are handled and maintained under the provisions of the Personal Health Protection Act (PHIPA) and other applicable legislation. In accordance with County Policy, a Criminal Record Check that is acceptable to the County will be required as a condition of employment.
