Someone in the Community Outreach Representative position would be working directly in person with our customers to create the ultimate experience for our potential and future client leads. If you have no or little experience, we provide full training and support to candidates.

Seek Individuals With A Hospitality Background & Will Train Duties In:

1. Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
2. Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
3. Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
4. Product knowledge and Client Acquisition
5. Take direction from the Operational Manager or Account Director
6. Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
7. Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Community Outreach Representative Job Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service
2. Prior experience in customer service, retail, or promotions
3. Unwavering honesty and integrity
4. Courteous and professional demeanor
5. Willingness to adapt easily to change as our products/services/promotions update frequently
