Job summary

CBI Health is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist to join our Hamilton/Niagara OT team. You will deliver in-home, clinic and community-based interventions to support clients’ return to pre-accident function and improved quality of life.

Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario is required, along with a valid driver’s license. Flexible hours, remote treatment options, and a strong support network foster professional growth and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (travel up to 1–1.5 hours radius).
• Willingness to provide in-vivo OT treatment in homes, workplaces and community settings.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and excellent client care.

Responsibilities

• In-home and hospital discharge assessments.
• Ergonomic assessments and cognitive rehabilitation.
• Contribute to motor vehicle accident and trauma-focused OT programs.
• Deliver start-to-finish OT care across settings with client-centered outcomes.
