What is Pay Per Visit?
- A competitive rate paid per client visit, rather than by care code or care time
- Additional pay for longer visits or extra visits (exceeding 1hr 59min)
- Allows flexibility to work ahead or take time as needed, based on professional judgment
- FT nurses are guaranteed 70 visits biweekly for income stability
Responsibilities
- Complete assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate care based on best practices and client needs
- Lead care for designated clients, collaborating with team members and support services
- Support clients through care transitions, connecting them with community resources

Requirements
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) specialty certification an asset
- Passion for community care and evidence-informed practice
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle (travel required)
- Updated immunizations, criminal background and vulnerable sector checks
- Willingness to attain Saint Elizabeth certifications
- Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 55 pounds and mobility tasks
- Willing to travel to Woodstock and Ingersoll
- Work hours: 8 am to 5 pm, with on-call evenings and every other weekend
Return of Service Eligibility
- Must not have been employed as a nurse in Ontario in the past 6 months
- Hold a valid Certificate of Registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Begin employment by March 31, 2025
- Commit to 24 months of full-time employment
- Not receive funds from the Ministry of Health Tuition Support Program concurrently
