A healthcare organization in Hamilton, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated professional to support tenants in their mental health journey at Welkom House. The role includes providing primary case management, crisis prevention, and demonstrating commitment to organizational values. Candidates must possess relevant experience and education, along with a strong focus on recovery-oriented practices. A positive work environment and various employee supports are offered.
Hours of Work: Rotating shifts between Days (9am-5pm) and Evenings (1pm-9pm) and working one in every 5 weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 10am-6pm)
