The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Community Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative team. This role is passionate about PR, influencer marketing, and social media. You will support the growth of our influencer marketing program through paid and organic campaigns, retain creator talent, and increase social media engagement. The Community Marketing Coordinator will report to our Social Media & Community Manager.

• Take initiative in expanding our influencer database
• Drive affiliate revenue

What You’ll Do

• Engage and retain our creator community through managing our internal influencer marketing program
• Source new content creators, conduct outreach, and build relationships with the NUDESTIX creator community
• Assign creators to campaigns and onboard them to our affiliate program
• Assist in managing the affiliate program, respond to inbound requests, and handle payments to creators
• Evaluate the fit and content quality of creators
• Place all influencer and marketing orders
• Support social media community engagement
• Perform other social media, community, and PR tasks as required

Who You Are

• Passionate about the influencer landscape
• Strong interest in the beauty industry
• Proficient in Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Capable of evaluating engagement and brand fit of content creators
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
