As a Community Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of your centre, motivate your team, and foster a positive environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
We seek someone with experience in managing operations, excellent multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be a strong communicator, experienced in customer service (preferably in hospitality or events), with leadership experience, sales support skills, and proficiency in MS Office and basic IT. Eligibility to work in Canada and minimum 18 years old are required.
