The Opportunity

As a Community Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of your centre, motivate your team, and foster a positive environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

A Typical Day at IWG
  • Review daily reports to plan your day and prepare your team.
  • Greet members and guests, assist with their needs, and facilitate their meetings.
  • Engage with new members to understand their business needs and introduce networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate move-ins for large tenants, ensuring all logistics are handled.
  • Support sales efforts by giving tours and explaining membership benefits.
  • Review billing and ensure the space is ready for tours.
  • Conduct maintenance checks and handle administrative tasks such as PTO reviews and team coaching.
  • Interact with members and ensure the centre runs smoothly before closing.
About You

We seek someone with experience in managing operations, excellent multitasking skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You should be a strong communicator, experienced in customer service (preferably in hospitality or events), with leadership experience, sales support skills, and proficiency in MS Office and basic IT. Eligibility to work in Canada and minimum 18 years old are required.
