ChillBase studio is an independent and innovative player in the gaming industry. We’re seeking a Community Manager to grow and support our Canadian gaming community for One State, a social role-play game. You’ll work with a small, motivated team and help shape player experience with clear communication.

Requirements include 1+ year in community management, Discord moderation experience, and fluency in English. You’ll organize events, gather feedback, and help bridge players with developers.

Qualifications

At ChillBase we are working on One State which is a unique Social RolePlay game. Expectations

What we want to see:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager in the gaming industry
  • Experience managing and moderating Discord communities
  • Strong understanding of Canadian gaming culture
  • Fluency in English (C1–C2)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additionally, it would be great to have:

  • Experience working on Role Play projects
  • Analytical mindset
  • Familiarity with Canadian French is a plus
