Qualifications

• Three years of progressive experience in property operations including underground infrastructure, landscaping, roads, mechanical, fire and safety, electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple demands.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles and equipment safely.
• Experience leading teams.
• WHMIS and First Aid Training an asset.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop community maintenance team, managing performance to expectations and standards.
• Coordinate Maintenance Technicians and vendor scheduling and oversee quality of work performed.
• Obtain, review, and manage vendor bids, contracts, and service agreements.
• Track and report work order trends and recurring issues.
• Maintain maintenance supplies and inventories.
• Ensure maintenance records and documentation are maintained accurately.
