Job Title: Community Life Assistant

Cardinal View Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Community Life Assistant to join our team. Located in Middleton, WI, our community helps seniors Age Magnificently through Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Opened in fall 2021, we are conveniently accessible off the Beltline and are locally owned.

Shift and Compensation
  • Part-time or full-time shifts available: 8:45 am - 4:45 pm, half shifts, weekends as needed
  • Wage: $15.45 - $18.80, based on experience
About the Role

Are you compassionate and passionate about enriching seniors' lives? Join us to impact residents' lives positively. As a Community Life Assistant, you will assist the Department Supervisor in developing and implementing community life and wellness programs tailored to residents' needs and interests. Responsibilities include:

  1. Facilitating group programs efficiently
  2. Promoting wellness dimensions within programs
  3. Communicating effectively with residents, families, and volunteers
  4. Driving the facility bus as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care (preferred)
  • Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff
  • Advanced computer skills, including email usage
