A community-focused property management company in Ottawa is seeking a Community Liaison to enhance resident engagement, coordinate local programs, and advocate for community needs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in community development and strong interpersonal skills. As the Heron Gate Community Liaison, you’ll play a key role in shaping the experience of residents living in one of Ottawa’s most vibrant and evolving communities. This is a dynamic and deeply human role that blends the responsiveness of community work with the structure of property management.
You’ll support employment programs, respond to resident concerns, create engagement opportunities, and help ensure that community voices are reflected in decision-making processes.
No two days are alike. One day might involve coordinating kids’ programming or responding to urgent needs; the next, you could be designing outreach materials, attending a local meeting, or leading a community mural project. At its core, this role is about listening, advocating, and showing up — every day — with purpose.
