Job summary

Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to respond to health and social service needs for marginalized populations. You will coordinate assessment, planning, and implementation of service plans in collaboration with shelters, partner agencies, and WRHA sites.

The role emphasizes psychosocial rehabilitation, Housing First and trauma-informed approaches, with a focus on building capacity of the HOCS population and partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Four years related community experience with minimum of two years clinical coordination experience.
• Expertise in mental health including mental illness, co-occurring disorders, psychiatric disorders, clinical syndromes, and psychopharmacology.
• Knowledge of primary health care and population public health principles.
• Commitment to Harm Reduction, Housing First, and Trauma-Informed Recovery principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of effective networking with agencies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consultation, assessment and planning for health and social service needs of marginalized populations.
• Serve as liaison between community agencies, WRHA staff and partner organizations.
• Ensure documentation and privacy standards are followed and navigate inter-agency collaboration.
