We’re looking to add an energetic automotive enthusiast to team ExoShield to lead the growth of our online community through fun and engaging activities.

ExoShield is an innovative automotive film manufacturer and supplier, pushing the boundaries of vehicle protection technology.

Our products are sold through channel partners in over 35 countries. With rising windshield replacement costs due to advanced driver assistance systems, the market for windshield protection is expanding. Over the last 3 years, we have added Paint Protection Film to our product line, with more additions planned.

We pride ourselves on our authentic community of automotive enthusiasts and aftermarket shops. As the Community Engagement Specialist, you will help expand this community and elevate the ExoShield brand globally.

Role Responsibilities

We seek a dedicated automotive enthusiast passionate about community building to join our marketing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing ExoShield online (social media, forums) and in-person (trade shows, events, clubs)
• Creating and sharing engaging content across social media channels to grow our brand
• Managing social media ad campaigns (META, YouTube, Reddit)
• Engaging daily with customers online by responding to questions, reviews, comments, and interacting with target accounts
• Discovering new enthusiast communities to introduce ExoShield
• Planning and attending community events with enthusiasts

You will report to the Director of Marketing and serve as the brand’s voice and the customer’s advocate internally.
