A leading company in community management is seeking a Community Coordinator. This part-time role will involve organizing meetings, maintaining common areas, and providing excellent customer service to Highstreet homeowners. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to community values.
Salary : $39,000-$65,000 - dependent on accreditation and schedule

THE OPPORTUNITY
This role involves the organization and coordination of the strata council, which includes calling and preparing for meetings, the procurement of qualified services, resolving strata-related concerns, and ensuring duties under the strata property act are performed. Additionally, the Community Coordinator will provide caretaking and customer service for the strata. This includes, but is not limited to, keepingthe community looking greatby doing light cleaning duties in the common areas, interacting with homeowners around the property and assisting with trade access to the building. There is alsobasicofficework, such as scanning, emailing,filing, workingon Property / Strata Management softwareandgeneraladministrative tasks. This multifaceted role will have a function of maintaining common areas, while also providing direction and leadership as a strata manager.
