The Regina Open Door Society is seeking a qualified individual to staff the full-time term position of Community Connection Worker. The Start date for this position is June 1,2025 to July 16,2025.
Position Summary
This position works in close cooperation with Regina Open Door Society programs, the primary mandate of this position is to increase the awareness and engagement of Regina's diverse organizations in the process of supporting newcomers' settlement. The position reports to the Manager of Settlement Family and Community Services Unit and Welcoming Community for Newcomers Team Leader.
Responsibilities
Establish linkages with community organizations and cultural communities to help the Regina Open Door Society build and maintain relationships with other organizations and connect with members of culturally diverse populations.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8 : 15 AM to 4 : 00 PM Monday to Friday. This position will be required to work some evening and weekends. Occasional out of Regina travel required.
All positions at RODS require a clean criminal record / child abuse registry check. There is a cost-shared benefit package and a 3% employer contribution to the Saskatchewan Pension Plan available to the employee with successful completion of a six-month probationary period. The annual salary for this position is $ 42,379.85(24.15 Per hour)
