Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers.
• Maintains a neat and organized checkout area and greets customers with a warm demeanor.
• Accurately scans or enters product data and handles cash, coupons, lottery, and PC Optimum entries.
• Asks for customer’s PC Optimum Card during each transaction.
• Merchandises and maintains designated areas and ensures receipts and returns are properly documented.
• Supports loss prevention by following established standards and controls cash, lottery, and stamps.
