What you’ll be doing:

Client Care Support:

    • Assist with new client onboarding, documentation, and scheduling coordination

    • Participate in initial client inquiries and follow-ups, supporting care intake

    • Help track caregiver schedules and ensure alignment with client needs

    • Assist with quality assurance check-ins and satisfaction surveys

  • Administrative Operations:

    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a warm, professional manner

    • Log all communications and interactions using office tools (SwiftOps, etc.)

    • Maintain up-to-date digital and physical records for both clients and staff

    • Support with recruitment admin, file organization, and onboarding documentation

  • Community Engagement:

    • Conduct friendly outreach calls or visits to facilities, clinics, and community centers

    • Distribute marketing materials and promote CFC programs like Lunch & Learns and Book Clubs

    • Represent ComForCare during networking opportunities and service presentations

    • Support supplemental staffing initiatives and relationship building with care communities



What we’re looking for:

  • Experience as a Home Support Worker (HSW), caregiver, or community support worker

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient with MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software

  • Comfortable engaging with external partners and presenting professionally

  • Previous experience caregiving for clients in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
