At Sinai Health, we care, create possibilities and offer hope. We are looking for an experienced Communicative Disorders Assistant to support our Augmentative & Alternate Communication (AAC) Clinic.
Job Outline:
This position is located in the AAC Clinic and is responsible for providing advanced level support to Speech-Language Pathologists in the provision of inpatient and outpatient speech, language, and swallowing services.
Work involves implementing and facilitating treatment plans related to communication and swallowing as established by the Speech-Language Pathologist, hearing aid maintenance, preparing treatment materials, writing progress notes, and co-facilitation of unit-based and hospital-wide groups.
Education & Qualifications:
