Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.

We are looking for Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDA) who have a passion for working with children and can provide support to our Speech Language Pathologists within our School-Based Rehabilitation Program. Our next Communicative Disorders Assistant will thrive in a culture made for caring and are excited by the idea of being a part of a collaborative team.

We are currently hiring a full-time position with openings in Toronto.

Skills needed for success:
  • Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) graduate certificate is required.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of direct CDA experience.
  • Previous experience in Pediatric setting is preferred.
  • Member of the Communicative Disorders Assistant Association (CDAAC) considered an asset.
  • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must have a current valid G2/G driving license and access to a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Ability to speak French would be considered an asset.
