eTracks Tire Management Systems, a leading organization in tire recycling and sustainability, is seeking a Communications & Marketing Lead to drive brand recognition and execute communications initiatives. This role requires a detail-oriented communications professional with 6-8 years of experience in relevant fields, who can navigate complex environments and collaborate effectively across teams. You will implement innovative strategies to elevate the eTracks brand through various communication channels and initiatives.
eTracks Tire Management Systems is currently recruiting for the position of Communications & Marketing Lead.
Mandate of the Role
Reporting to the Vice President, Communications & Sustainability, the Communications and Marketing Lead will help build and ingrain brand recognition, raise event and key initiative awareness, execute exceptional communications initiatives while driving change management projects, maintain positive customer and stakeholder relations, and drive participation both internally and externally in various eTracks initiatives to support the approved annual objectives and strategic communications plan.
How the Mandate will be Fulfilled
This role is an excellent opportunity for a Communications Professional who has an affinity for detail and nuance, exceptional written and verbal English skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization. You will also have the ability to work calmly, strategically and efficiently within complex and sometimes challenging situations, all while maintaining deadlines and a creative solutions-oriented approach.
You will lead, co-create, ideate, implement, and deliver compelling change communications and marketing strategy and tactics to effectively articulate and promote eTracks through various mediums, (e.g. print, online, social media, presentations, events, sponsorship, etc.) and to various stakeholders (tire manufacturers, OEMs, supply chain stakeholders and within the broader tire recycling and circular economy industry).
You will be comfortable collaborating with others and advising / receiving subject matter expert inputs (as needed), at all levels of the organization, from front-line staff to senior leadership and ensuring that corporate objectives and goals are supported.You will also implement the annual Communications and Marketing Plan and support new product development and / or promotions.
You will assess and assimilate relevant information efficiently, to execute communications and marketing solutions that elevate and entrench eTracks’ brand within the industry and beyond.

Communication and Marketing
You’ll be able to engage with various key stakeholders, such as : eTracks staff and the leadership team, tire producers (manufacturers and auto-makers), tire collection sites (tire shops, car dealerships), used tire hauling companies and used tire processing plants.
You’ll be able to work calmly, thoughtfully and productively within an expanding and contracting business and industry, pivoting as needed, knowing when to stay the course; and maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented outlook, where changes and challenges are viewed as opportunities.
You’ll be able to develop and execute effective communications, including, communications plans, newsletters, presentations, press releases, targeted emails, articles, videos, infographics and media opportunities.
You’ll demonstrate a keen, consistent accuracy in your written and edited work, allowing you to develop and co-create content for a variety of audiences.
You’ll provide communications recommendations and advise to support staff in their day-to-day work, projects, or crisis-related communications, providing strategic and common-sense messaging around a variety of complex and changing topics.
You’ll be able to plan and manage events, brand representation, promotional items, sponsorships, supporting both eTracks events, programs and external sponsorships and collaborations.

You’ll be able to effectively create / co-create and present ideas, analytics and outcomes to the Senior Leadership Team.
Why work at eTracks?
Salary Range : $85,000 – $95,000 annual (depending on experience)
