The University of Lethbridge is seeking an enthusiastic Undergraduate or Graduate Co-op student to join the School of Graduate Studies team. The successful candidate will support initiatives, events, and activities that promote academic excellence, career and professional development, social connection, health and wellness, and community building.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and support events to promote learning, wellness, and connection
  • Create engaging communications to keep graduate students informed
  • Provide operational and administrative support for SGS programs and initiatives
  • Champion inclusivity and accessibility in all activities
  • Connect graduate students to resources for academic and professional growth

Required qualifications:

  • Senior undergraduate or graduate student in a program eligible for co-op designation
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Excellent computer skills

Preferred qualifications:

  • Graphic design
  • Photography and photo editing
  • Video capture and editing
  • Digital marketing

The starting salary range is $4,017.00 - $4,469.00 monthly, with a full salary range of $4,017.00 - $4,921.00 monthly. The position is located on the Lethbridge campus and is a temporary, full-time role from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
